Because our products are research-use-only laboratory materials, returns are necessarily limited. This is a working template to be finalised before launch.
Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within [N] days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
Items we cannot accept back
- Opened vials or products whose seal or tamper-evidence has been broken, for safety and integrity reasons.
- Products stored or handled outside the stated conditions.
- Products purchased in error where the seal is intact may be returnable at our discretion; contact us first.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer where the original method cannot be refunded, within [N] business days of approval. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
