Same-day dispatch

Order and pay before 4pm on a working day and your parcel leaves us the same day. Anything after that, or at a weekend or on a UK bank holiday, goes out on the next working day.

Same-day dispatch is what we work to, not a promise about when the parcel arrives. Once it is with the carrier the delivery date is theirs, not ours.

Where we deliver

The United Kingdom only for now: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship outside the UK, so please do not place an order for an overseas address.

Rates and service

• Tracked delivery is £4.99. Orders over £100 ship free.
• We send by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD next day, depending on the size of the parcel. Next working day is typical.
• Carrier performance, weather, strike action and similar events are outside our control, and can push a delivery beyond the usual window.

Packaging and storage on arrival

Lyophilised material travels in insulated packaging that suits short UK transit at ambient temperature. Refrigerate it at 2 to 8°C as soon as it arrives, in the sealed vial it came in, and follow the storage note on the product page.

If delivery fails

If the carrier cannot deliver because the address given was wrong, incomplete or unreachable, or because nobody was there to take it, any redelivery, redirection or return charges may be passed on to you. It is worth checking the address before you pay.

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered and it is not with you, tell us within 48 hours and we will open an investigation with the carrier. See returns and refunds for what happens next.
